Hi everyone,

Name's Wesley and I'm in NC, about to lift my second Cherokee. I had planned on doing it myself but I've been so busy with work for so long I've gotten fed up and I think I'm going to let a shop do it. Hope to learn a bunch here and ask plenty of dumb questions and never use the search function!

Welcome. Is your cherokee your daily driver? If not, then just do a little at a time. If it is, you need to take a couple vacation days and get her done. Its really not that bad of a job.

Thanks for the welcome everybody. I would love to find some fellow XJers to hang out with around here. I've seen several nice ones around. The Jeep is my daily driver, but not my only car. In fact, talking to my wife and just thinking about the disgusting amount of money I'll save has "re-motivated" me about doing the install myself. I think I'm going to knock it out at the hobby shop after work this week. On that note, anybody in the area who'd like to lend a wrenching hand, by all means, don't be shy!
