Needed, wtb. Gas cylinder

Anyone here deal with high pressure gas cylinders? I need one, empty, with a DOT stamp of 3AA2400. Usually used for argon, oxy, acet, helium, etc.
Preferably one that has failed , or deemed unsafe.
