I'm selling my wife's 1997 GMC Sonoma, and need some 31" tires to replace the ones that are on there.

Willing to pay cash for a set of 31's with at least 50% tread. Some sort of all-terrain or street tire would be best.

Let me know if you have any laying around, or you are ready to step up to larger meats.

I'll buy that GMC from you for $5, you don't even need to put new tires on it.
Let me know.

I wouldn't feel right, screwing a friend like that.

P.S. Sean and I found a DIESEL xj to buy for commuting. Cheap. 25 MPG.

Not SeanP? That dood's got enough vehicles!

Nah, Sean Reynolds. We commute together, and he's got an XJ on 35's with 44's.

SeanP does have a lot of vehicles. I wish he'd get rid of that POS pickup truck. He's spent WAY more time working on it than driving it.

Just another fine, reliable GM product.

Cool Find!

I had a blast filling a ricer up with diesel fumes and tire smoke the other day. There was a couple of them reving up their junk at a stop light, Traffic shifted a little and lined my tailpipe up with their open window. I applied a little gas and some brake and showed him what real power was. There is just something cool about doing smokey powerstands in a 7000 lb truck :)

Where you live, that could get you shot!

Are you kidding :) Elk Grove is a cow town, gone ritzy area no crime here :)

I went to that awful place, downtown, yesterday, I don't know how you go there everyday and keep your sanity. Anyway submitted my plans and the Fee lady was all annoyed because our new place going to be to far out for any of their silly fees. No sewer connection Fees, no water connection fees, no road maintence fees, no drainage fees. Of course there are plenty of other fees but I got away from that counter without any :)

FYI everyone is all concerned about putting wells and septic systems in but its cheaper than paying the connection fees. She was telling me that it would be around $20k just to hook up to sewer and water.

Are you kidding? They ought to charge admission just to get to see the sights on K St. Mall. Where else can you see a man having an argument with his bicycle, a fight break out over a pack of cigarettes, and a middle age overweight woman "cop-a-squat" in broad daylight? Not in Elk Grove, I can tell you that!

Downtown Sac would be a sweet place to film an episode of "Bum Fights."
