NAXJA logo copyrighted?

I was wondering if the logo is copyrighted caz I would like to use it in an class assignment.. have to design a web site and need a few links in it.. and is one!!.. so.. yeah.

Under the copyright laws, any original work is copyright. As the logo is an image, yes it is protected under copyright laws. You would need to contact the BOD to receive permission to use it.

Nothing prevents someone from making something and giving it away.

You asked the question, got an answer.... about one particular thing. Not about somebody elses material. That is up to them.
