My oops re-run invite

Well, since I goofed on the hollister run. I know not everyone can make it down this way. Yet, i have some interest in a Bald Mountain Snow Run.

I will go ahead and step it up and plan an impromtue snow run for whoever wants to go. Stocker or lockers, its all good. This time, my jeep will be wearing the mtrs rather than the wide ass cepeks.

If you want to come, post up and make sure you have chains and towpoints. We will need them. If you come, please bring whatever you need to be in the snow. I will have C02 in case we blow tire beads.

Who is wanting to go?

Well.. the PIA about snow is this. The earlier you start, the longer you can go with out getting stuck. Cuz once the day warms up, hello slush, bye bye traction. Or we could get llucky and it storm on us!!!

I say 9am in Prather, CA at the chevron gas station on the corner of 168 and Auberry road. I already have 3 other rigs lined up to go. We will be dont that day, unless something happens.

it would probably make more sense for us to meet you in pleasanton, so you dont drive the same road twice...

depends if mine is running - dad just called me to tell me that the front left caliper sized up... :shiver:

and you are more than welcome to ride in the back seat - my sister has shotty

With all the fresh snow that we are getting up there, it should turn out to be a fun little run. I had a few other friends planning on goin, but they had to back out. I am going for sure if we can at least get 3 rigs up there. I dont feel that comfortable with 2 small rigs, 3 just seems a little smarter.

It sounds like XJranger is in for sure, as well as Joe_Boatwright (i liked that name).

If you cant wheel, you can ride.

Looks like im at about 75% likleyhood and climming. Just got my stickers so im motivated. I have an 8 year old little girl, anyone else bringing kids? Looks like the snow will be killer next weekend.

I just got a killer deal on a Burton snowboard for my girl. I'll probably bring it so she can try it out.
