All good.. nice to meet you too. Was going to ask you what you used to mount your LeBaron hood vents but forgot ? My last set I did flopped around and I got another set for my new rig and want to do it right this time. Whatever little brackets you had looked clean and I was hoping you could let me what you used and where you got them.

I used 3/4" X 1/2" angle aluminum I got from the hardware store. Cut it into 3" pieces, drilled an 1/8" hole (I think) in them and used a bolt, washer and nyloc nut.
Works great with no flopping around.

Sorry for the delay. He used some angle aluminium and just tapped into that. Looks to be 3/4 angle but 1/2" may work better.

Mine are the same, kinda they just sell 1/2 X3/4 angle aluminum at the Hardware Store so the long side holds the vent in and the short side pushes against the hood. I also used 3" long pieces.
