The reservoirs - the pic showing that one laying on top of the manifold only had it there because it was convenient for what you were doing at the time and kept it from interfering in whatever you were doing.

Double wow. Picked up 10-15mph through the rough stuff. Front end soaks it up like its not there. Much more stable on tge street and off road going slow over rocks.
Realy seems to make the rear stand out shine its suckyness.
Ended up taller than I was shooting for. Have a full 5 3/4" up travel and 6" down travel almost gained 2" of travel both ways.
The real beauty is how it drives did some low speed stuff through the rocks high speed stuff that had me puckering even ran down the highway. It sounds to good to be true but it now does better every where. If I had one gripe it might be how tge springs are noicey. But that's the price to pay to have a true dual rate tuned front end.
Started on the upper suffrage but couldn't get into it . Always tomorrow. Will get some miles on tgese springs and readjust ride height.

Looks like access to the brake master cylinder is pretty tight now - I take it you tried getting in there to pull the lid and add fluid before you committed to welding things up?
Im sure something will crack. Im wondering about the firewalls integrity. Was thinking about plating it more and adding a 3rd foot.
Master is trapped until tower is removed. Only thing permanent is on the axle. Kinda not liking that its all bolted so will be watching it close. I did this incase I want to change to shock hoops instead. Ive used about 16' of 6x1/4" plate and still have more plating to do.
While I have the bender out id like to do a brace under the motor near track bar and one near steering box. Or get boostwerx steering brace. Getting wore out from this project every night for 2 weeks. Lots of hours.

Bolting it makes sense for service requirements, but having all the bolts in one plane doesn't do as much for strength as I think you are going to need.
Any reason you can't wrap that part under the frame and then add a couple of bolts in a vertical orientation?

Smoke em if you got em. Cheap pawn shop hole saw was good for 1 and a half holes.
Dinked around fabbed ress bracket. Tacked it on and check hood clearance .
Still need to move coil probly put it on top of where factory shock was i put it right in the resivor way.
Talking to accutune on rear shocks fox king still a ways out . Maybe gather heims and tube.
Figured out my spring rates in the front. 116/275 im on 116 for 1" of compression from ride heith then 275 for the remaining 5" of compression.
Can set this transition from soft to firm anywhere you want ive yet to bottom a front shock. This is a big part of the amazing ride and control this package has

Its a 3 link. Never did use that press in joint you see. That was a waste of 50 bucks.

I get where your coming from. I dont like the bolts in tge same plane. Though they held up before the upper subframe went in.
I am thinking about wrapping from the bottom if the frame around tge corner into the already plated frame.
Hoping the upper crossmember takes care of flex in all planes.

200/275 springs
Equates to a 116/275 spring rate back to 275 when slider stop eliminates upper spring
Currently have it set to go to 275 at 1" of compression from ride height. Damn thing feels amazing i dont think I can bottom it out set like that. May try 2" compression see how much softer it feels.
Formula is (200x275)÷(200+275) works for all spring combinations
175/300 springs would be a softer innitial rate but firmer under compression
110 combined rate.
275/275 is 137.5 combined rate
Slider stop is pictured for those that have no clue what im talking about.

New look. Been in the trees alot following utvs around.
Drivers light points at the ground passenger is crumbling. Before I go to the junk yard I'll see if this helps or gets in the way
The trail pictured makes a 30mile loop over the mtn. Last weekend the snow finally let us over. Its not a utv or jeep friendly trail.
The thing is a weather maker.

Fits alot of tools. Most needed things full set of wrenches plus a few metrics a few needed half inch shockets 3/8 sockets metric/sae shallow and deep lots of extensions pliers, etc
Looking forward to packing tools like this and may put together a few more rolls for work and the jeep.
