My first Jeep/my newest money pit!

Got a little bit muddy at lunch today. :)

You Jeep looks good!

How's the Death Wobble now with the new tires? help it or hurt it? Looks much better! Those 31's were D O N E.

Helped a great deal. No DW so far but it needs brakes so I haven't been driving it so much. Hope things have been for you guys!

Yep, the good ol' IA days! Lol thanks man, I'm trying!

Did brakes last night and replaced my hvac panel and plugs. Got the AC working after that but I must have a vacuum leak somewhere because my vents aren't working. lol

It must be cool to have all of those parts at your disposal.

Nice!

Yea, I've had that kit in my shed for months now and didn't need it. I had started piecing the tubes together from our returns department and just bought a new set of tie rod ends. :)

Ended up getting stuck while having some fun last Friday, it turns out my transfer case shift linkage failed where the pin holds the two arms together so it wouldn't go into 4wd. I'm going to look into fixing that this weekend as well as flushing my fluid since I'm going on a trip to Beasley a week from Saturday.

I got it at work, you can order it from almost any supplier. The part number is 18050.82.

Can anyone confirm whether or not there should be a bearing/bushing in this piece for the transfer case linkage?

The pin between the two linkage arms keeps falling out of this from where it's obviously worn on it. Any information is greatly appreciated!

Had a pretty eventful day. Installed my CB radio, got it and the antenna brand new for $45. Flushed the cooling system, replaced the upper and lower radiator hoses, and thermostat and gasket. Wired up my HIDs to a toggle switch, and contemplated replacing the drivers motor mount but I think the sun beat me. haha

A little while back I fixed my transfer case linkage after the flanged bearing was missing by making a new spacer and getting a new flanged bearing.

Also had a friend at work weld this ballstud for the hatch back in place.
