Wow, good to know people are still finding it informative after all these years. I've had no problems with the swap since I did this, but looking back, I would highly recommend adding a shackle relocation kit (I have the ironman4x4fab.com) and longer shackles. This improved the ride tremendously.
This will change the angle of the perches about 3 degrees, and I recommend you do it now so you don't have to mess with it later like I did.
