My dealings with Rusty's Offroad

Anytime a woman is involved?

As far as lifts/trackbars go, 3" and 3.5" are the same thing.

Not what Jeepin Outfitters said when I called them.

They informed me that it will push my axle to far over.

But then again I guess I could trust ya'lls word over there. I wanted to know for sure that it would work prior to buying and they could not give me that guarantee so I didn't buy it!

Anyway this is about Rusty's and there products!

You could also try JKS Manufacturing.

Realistically, there's not much difference in trackbars between a 3" and 3.5" lift. I'd suspect it'd be tough to measure the difference. I ran a JKS adjustable trackbar for a 4+" lift with my Rusty's 3" lift for a couple of years, and it still centered nicely.

I've installed an RE1600 with 3" procomp coils and had no problem getting the axle centered.

Sort of like the way you type. Grow up and use real English. We aren't texting here.

Oops, I thought it was the Jeep Dept. sorry I did not realize it was the English Dept.....Or to quote your tricky saying, a gem of proper english....
"<-Yup pretty much"
Feel better now? No texting.

I do! In fact you made my whole day.

I think I will go pick up my kids singing some song from Mary Poppins now.

Supercalafragi.......

wow! back on topic here. i am running there same adj. control arm on my trail rig only jeep an so far it has help up great!

both time i broke the cRustys TB, the TRE was tight, boot held grease, was regularly greased with Red and Tacky, and the jam nut was tight. both times i had to weld a nut onto the TRE threaded stub that was in the TB and then use a lot of PB Blaster and a hot wrench to remove it. and yah, product failure is ALWAYS caused by user ingnorance right:gee::dunce:

Never said failures were always caused by the user. IMO if you lift, you should upgrade to a HD track bar. JIM.

I see the OP doesn't matter any more around here..Who gives a chit what great service he had..RIGHT? Think, maybe this company is trying to do better?

Think, maybe this company is trying to do better?

I hope so.

But until I see Rusty himself post up here saying he is working on the problem and until I see a reduction of the hundreds of posts talking about poor customer service, bad parts and expensive shipping, I'm... well as I've said twice before, Im not holding my breath.

Agreed. If he cares about the NAXJA connection he would post...
