Is that cigarette lighter wire not enough for its purpose? I was under the impression that all it did was provide the power to trigger the relays to get power from their pin 30's.

Yes, the way you have it wired will work just fine. The trigger side of a relay draws VERY little current. I was just making sure you weren't running the lights straight to that wire.

It's really not as good in person, I promise! I'm looking at getting a new hood from a local part-out since the driver side of mine is basically flat white. That and a new rear bumper would improve it a lot!

Man I would sand it down and paint it. Maybe do it in flat black to break up the Arctic theme, but then again I have a $30 ricer hood scoop bolted to my hood with a trailer light grommet under it to vent heat.

Hmm...interesting thought! We'll see if the new hood works out, and if it does, I might take the one that's on it and do some experimenting!

Yeah me too! I'd like to eventually have a black rear bumper, paint my lower doors black, and have Bushwacker Flat fender flares, so there'd be a nice unity of black on the bottom portion of the Jeep, with white above that, then more black up top because of the rack.

Opinion time! I just filed my taxes (it's nice being able to do it in 15 minutes and get money back...oh college...) and I'll be getting some money back that will go towards the XJ. I basically HAVE to get a new track bar, since my current one is on it's last leg, so that will only leave around $150. I was thinking about getting a SOLID diff cover for my front diff, while they're only $65. Is that a pretty good upgrade or should I put the money towards something else?
