That's a completely separate site.

I'd have to look at the vBulletin options. I know that there are options to limit thread creation, and adding posts to specific groups, not sure about poll limitations. In addition, we don't have individual chapter membership groups (logistical nightmare.) It's probably simplest to limit posts to members only. Might also be a good idea to limit thread creation to the MWC ROTM folks to cut down on the noise factor.

As long as the chapter BoD approves of it, I don't see a problem with this.

At this time I think the BOD is going to step aside and out of the discussion. If you need input ask, otherwise we will butt out and let you come up with what you can.

looks as though i misread what Rev posted. i read it as the BOD was gonna step aside and let it fly as if it were just a thread started every month.

my apologies for jumping the gun. the "rules" i posted are how I would like this run. just a fun thing for the group to do, not to serious with strict rules. i think leaving it open to members and users will make it easier,but if you guys want it for members only that will be fine with me also. i don't think there should be any extra sub forum or special ways to keep users from voting. personally i don't think there should be any free WF for rig of the year or any special prizes just yet. when that comes around a formal motion should be made and the BOD vote on that.

you did not step on any toes, you're just excited.

my biggest issue right now is allowing users to participate.
