The wife and I are moving to the Bellingham area, Lynden to be exact. What can you guys tell me about that area? Wheelin, entertainment, camping, ect. She has lived in Yakima her whole life and I have lived in Yakima for almost 14 years now. This is gonna be a big change for us expecially since all of our friends and family live in Yakima. Just trying to feel out what to expect.

Good fun place to relax is birch bay close by. Learn to ski and snowboard because you are near awesome places like whistler and mt baker. Take the wife to edaleen dairy for the best ice cream in the state. Im going to birch bay for a family reunion this summer and im stoked its a super badass area.
Thats all i got got ya on the area.

Crime rate is a lot lower than Yakima, it doesn't smell like refried beans everywhere, it's not the Palm Springs of Washington.

The closest wheelin spot is walker valley, it's fun for what it is, but nothing like rim rock or Naches. There is a ton of camping around the area, anywhere on hwy 20 near baker, skiing/snowboarding/ hiking is great.

So kris, what brings the move? Are you still in business?

Lynden smells like cow poop.... Good BBQ place there tho, best brisket ever

Sounds like a farm to me. lol I miss the country. Whats the name of the BBQ joint?

Walker Valley looks like it might keep me entertained for a couple trips. Doesnt really seem my style though, and I hear its kinda small. Ill definitely be making a decent amount of trips a year back to Rimrock. I was actually looking at doing some wheelin up in B.C. Looks like they got some great trails up there.

Im relocating with work to take over about 25 customer accounts in Bellingham and Canada. Supposed to be a great position. A little nervous about moving to a new place though honestly. Everything I know is here.

Yep, still in business. We took a break there for a little bit then reevalutated our business plans and joined another business partner. Website is back up and running too. www.froehlichsuspension.com Mainly been hanging out on cherokeeforum, off-camber.com, and pirate4x4.
