Mount and Balance

I'm looking for someone reasonable in the SoCal area to mount and balance my new tires on my new rims. Anybody have any suggestions.

i got a set of tires mounted at the America's tire shop on Hawthorne near 230th st. IIRC, they charged about $10-12 each for mount & balance.

About the same for me at America's Tire on Torrance Blvd. near Western, did a good job.

JustTires on Sepulveda by Madrona did well by me as well, and they have a guy there that does good alignments too. I'll probably be needing one soon after my stunts at Calico

I just called America's tire and was told 200 dollars to mount and balance 35's on 15" rims.

$200?! Unless they charge mroe for larger tires you talked to the wrong guy, maybe he thought you wanted something else?

I will give them a try. I think I was pretty clear on what I wanted. I called 4 wheel parts warehouse and they are only 16 per tire for that size. When he told me 200 dollars the only thing that came out of my mouth was "Holy $hit, I'm in the wrong business"
