Because I barely have the time for the things I enjoy doing. 25 years ago I might have cared enough about the physical to "get ripped". Now happy and good diet is good enough.

I'm kinda in between - only 5'10" and about 185 - not really fat, but definately not skinny... just prefer the taste of diet.

Why not be happy, ripped, and healthy?

Because. Even at fighting weight (275#,) I wasn't "ripped" - and I'm one of those oddies that doesn't really get "bigger" or "ripped" when I do work out - I just get heavier. I've never been able to float, either (and at 275#, I was commonly mistaken for 205-210# or so.)
