Went and looked at this today. Body is in great shape, zero rust on roof, all door bottoms perfect, a little rust by a couple door handles, floors are starting to go.
Was considering it as a body swap for my 94, but it's a bit bigger project than I have time for, and while the kid seemed willing to deal, his dad didn't seem ready to just yet.
