Membership Question

I've been a paying member since 2003. Since 2004, i was unable to vote in the last elections. I tried, but it would not let me. Also, my username is not in red. I thaught that paying members usernames were marked in red? There are also places in the forum that i cannot go to, unless i'm a member. I would appreciate my dues that i pay each year to enable me to use the forum as a paid member. I pay for the benefits, so i should recieve them, correct? Thank you for your cooperation.
