Meeting.

I was just talking with Josh and when we meet, we also need to talk about the BBQ. I'll be down in Price this Saturday, so Sunday would work best for me. If that won't work for others, I can leave early to meet you guys Saturday night.

My day is booked sunday. We are spending time with Sarahs dad becasue he is having a triple by pass on tuesday and his chances are questionable, not necessarily good or bad, just sitting on the fence probably for leagal reasons. So I am out for Sunday.

I was informed last night that there is a good chance I'll be working Saturday from 3pm to midnight. Sounds like this weekend is blown for a meeting.

I'd really like to get this sorted out as soon as we can, so if it works for you all, I could take a day off next week to meet you all for dinner somewhere.

I talked to Ryan a little about some of the concerns and questions. If Sunday works for everyone but me go ahead and have the meeting and someone can call and fill me in. I think that it is important that we get things rolling ASAP

Plans have changed and I'm no longer working Saturday. We can still plan it for Sunday or we can meet Saturday night. Gotta love ever-changing work schedules.

So how did the meeting go? What are the changes? Who got fired? Was it me oh no I guess I better spend the chapter money quick and dissapear:twak:

It was actually pretty quick! The chapter BBQ will be moved to Aug. in conjunction with the Geostash. Geostash location, for logistical reasons, to Farmington Canyon with base camp/HQ at the Ward residence. With fuel prices not looking to come down any, we wanted something closer to home to help gain participants. Event will be pushed back one day to start on Fri and end Sun. afternoon for raffle and BBQ. We need to encourage all these new names on the forum to participate whether they are members or not. Especially for the BBQ.

Israel said he will change the Calender and post up the information.

This way we can cut back a little on expenses and still have a good event. Ryan say's he can get the caches prep'd and ready to go for around $50. He will need to get with you for fundage. I'm sure many more details to follow as we get closer.

I was thinking that having the BBQ and Geocache all one event would be a good idea. I knew you guys could read my mind. Now I can go to our cabin and not have to worry about the BBQ in July. Good Call.
