but then i googles it. Its about a 3 hour drive..
I dont know about you but I'm not one to drive 3 hours just to say hi. If there was a trail ride.. then thats a whole other deal.

Im still a FNG to so my word has little importance.
Lets see what others have to say.
How many people in and around Knox want to do a M & G here vs driving to Murfreesboro

It's your baby. Talk to friends and pick a place that would allow a group to get together. You know the area better than we do. Get Doug to help ya too.

I've driven long distances just to shoot the bull. It's not all about wheeling everytime you have a get together. Guys will drive just to see others rigs, to get ideas, and to meet new friends. It's about having a good time.

I ll talk to Doug and see if he knows of any big parking/cheap food/ and close to the main roads to bring in new members as well..

yup what he said.... families are welcome... we have a semi-privateroom at our restaurant that would work great, in order for me to get it i need to make sure we have a decent amount of commited peeps (so as not to waste the space for the evening), food will be easy, a couple of pizza's will suffice... post up and let me know if you can FOR SURE come, our girls hate nothing more than to have a party of 20 commit and only ten show....

Trail ride in april wont be at windrock since i believe we re going in March.
So No, just a meet and greet and munch with out a trail ride. :lecture:

A good way to bring a face to a screen name for those in and around Knoxville.. Im planning this a month in advance so we can get a decent group of XJ's... represent the East Side TN and beyond "chapter" :doh:
