Here is some food for thought for anyone on the fence about signing up (which is crazy, why wouldn't you sign up, especially in March?).

Del Albright (most of you know who he is) made the following point:

How much is the freedom to drive on trails that are open and on public lands worth to you? Is it worth $30 a year? Is it worth $100 a year? More? Whatever it is worth to you, you should sign up for that many organizations (dollar-wise) that are in the fight to protect our trails and keep them open for public use.

Make one of those organizations you sign up for. Surely the right to drive on trails is worth your $35 (or $30 renewal) isn't it?
