At least you could drive to Luxembourg and fill your tank for a little less! For years Europe has been practising the boiling frog method of raising taxes. Vehicle fuel taxes across most of the EU are currently 80% or more of the pump price, and we keep paying it. I spoke to a friend in England yesterday and he said that fuel prices had gone up 10% since I was last there in December!

Judging by your condescending tone and your belittling words when someone simply gives there opinion on a subject no one has all the facts or answers, and the fact you're oblivious to your prickness gives me a burning suspicion that a southern wheeling trip for you may result in your ass catching more dents than your Jeep.........but there again, that's another one of my opinions. I'll changed just for you, happy, No one on here should be attacked for stating there opinion. Half the posts on this thread are opinions, the other half are attacks on the people that posted.That used to not be common in the Southern chapter.

It started as a good debate and has turned to something as sad as the economy and the state of this nation. Bow your heads because it is a sad day when our country has turned into men that are petty and full of there own pride and ego. That attack a man because he has educated his self on something he feels very important for him and the livelyhood of his family. You only feel belittled because your pettyness and ego are bigger than the facts. Think about the bigger picture and quit making everything about you, like a 12 year old boy. Haha...I'm assuming you aimed that at me. Why is it when somebody tries to give someone else true facts about an important topic like this, they just get upset and make it look like the person who was trying to inform the other is being an a$$? I wasn't being condescending at all nor did I say any belittling words. Sorry but people DO have the facts...it's hard to argue with a number isn't it. If you think me trying to give you, or anyone else who read this, the facts on a subject that I am educated about is worthless than I am sorry. While you are shooting down people who are educated on certain subjects, go shoot down all the people on here who are known for their certain areas of "expertise". Don't stop at me just because I called you out on something you said. But if you want to continue living your life by your own suspicions and ignore what is really going on, who am I to try and fix that.

You confused an attack with a correction. If I say something that's wrong and I get corrected and learn a little on the way, I am grateful somebody took the time to explain the correct answer to me. And it's not common in the SEC. Hardly do I ever see any argumentative threads in the SEC forum.

Oh yeah, hacked...I'm down for wheelin almost anytime. The past couple months I've been swamped on the weekends and will continue to be for the next two weeks. I was about to start planning some kind of ride for probably early/mid-April. You're welcome to join! I'll post more details as I get them sorted out. (And my ass won't have more dents than my jeep, first of all, my a$$ isn't that big and couldn't nearly hold the same amount of dents as my jeep could and second, I am a pretty easy going dude...I don't get flustered easily except for when people choose to ignore facts relating to any subject! :wave
