LOOKING FOR A USED OR NEW HACK N TAP OF XJ

hey everybody, broke my TC over thanksgiving weekend i think its a sign to get a hack n tap, recently lifted my XJ and thought i could get a way with out buying a hack n tap but apparntly not. got a new TC so ill im missing is a hack n tap, if you or any of your friends have one laying around or know of anybody parting out a jeep and it has one let me know ill be very much apprecaited. thank you in advance. happy holidays!!

just a heads up, there's a full SYE setup including driveshaft on ebay for like $400. Brand new. I considered going that route myself.

231J that we use....yes.

on the MJ I have a SYE like this one.

for a vaccum disconnect dana 30. the transfer case has a vaccum switch on it. some do, some don't. most of the time the SYE is specific for which type you have from what i've seen.

That is an external switch that activates that. 99% of folks around go to a one piece axle shaft on the pass side so that switch is not needed.

The Advanced Adapters kit works on those too.

I have a used one in the garage. Not sure on the brand but it is what ever not so awesome kind (think it might be a Currie) T&J installs I never cared for it. So I put a advanced adapters one in like the one cracker suggested. So its up to you but I would do the non-hack and tap personally.
