Me and my buddy/mentor are looking for a shop to rent. He is currently renting two small bays with one lift out of a body shop/cadillac dealer off of E. Platte, but the rent is outrageous in comparison to the amount of work we have had lately.
Ideally we would like...
Minimum 2 bays. Lifts aren't 100% dealbreaker
Small office space
Water is a huge plus
220v electrical is a huge plus
Needs to have some form of heat
No further South than Platte, No further West than I25.
Rent needs to be under $800/month.
Not sure how hard it will be to find a place that meets most of our requirements for the budget we're on, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
And a side note, we have already been looking into renting a hangar out at the Falcon Airport...
