I picked up a set of Bilstein 7100s that I'm looking to get rebuilt/valved. Are there any good reputable builders around the IE/OC? Thanks

I'd have to second Alltech as well. A tuning session with him changed the game on our car.

Bilstein will also rebuild them. I sent mine in when I bent a 7100 shaft. Decent turnaround, fixed pricing, so you can compare with other vendors.
