there is not one thing about that thing that is "ok" or "safe" All that cage did was do a piss poor job of adding excess weight and snag points.

Held up far better than your cage, you are lucky nobody got killed in that. Add the force from being taller and heavier and you may not have survived. Never said it was the greatest cage, but obviously better than no cage.

Mine too, the part of that cage that failed was at the d pillars. Read through 10 cage builds, and that area will be week in 9 of them. There are no passengers there, and contrary to some people's belief, the cage protects occupants, not the vehicle.

Then what is the point of an exocage??? The fact that that exocage bent like that on a flop and not at speed says it all. Everything about that xj, including the cage is crap...
