Looks good billy. What bushings are you running lower axle end? You might end up with some bind with all the poly. You can remove the passenger side upper when wheeling and see how that does.

At the back of the crossmember CA mounts, I would run a plate across the back of the two plates to tie them together and beef them up.

My front coils are bowed back a little, no big deal.

(BTW, I drove my junk this past weekend, only around the neighborhood since it isn't licensed or insured)

how much caster are you running looks like 15+ degrees. :) Looks good overall though you'll wish you had tucked your mounts more later. The poly may be a little tough on the mounts and what not, and I think you will definatly need to make the uppers adjustable.

The lower axle end bushings are poly ones just like the upper axle end. It didn't look like I'm going to have much binding, but I can always go to rubbers. I can't remove an upper because I mounted my shocks to them (the only option). I'm planning on beefing up the crossmember.
Are you bringing your XJ to that snow run on the 27th?

Yeah, I didn't touch the caster. I'll see how the crossmember works out... I can always make a new one. It cost me like $12 to build. And I may add some adjustability to the uppers, but I can't raise the pinion without cutting the mounts off and rewelding them, so I'm not sure I see the point.

I think you NEED to raise your mounting at the crossmember, this will have 3 benifits and the only negative will be a little time and as you said, $12;

1) you will smack them on less rocks
2) it will raise your pinion angle
3) it will make your caster much better

I may raise the mounts, but for now I'm sick and tired of not wheeling and even more sick of leaving my house at 6 am everyday for the last month on a Huffy to get my ass to work! It sure makes "a little time" go by REAL slow! Therefor, we're going to see how it goes :)

early, like 8AM You aren't going to J&W are you? I have a fender that I paid for waiting to be picked up.

SeanP,

I live practically next door to J&W and could pick it up for ya. I am always running errands on that side of town anyway. PM me some directions and a #. I can drop it by sometime between now and Saturday noonish.

He's running the RE 5.5" coils. He just painted them yellow because...it matches the rest of the Jeep?

About your 8" lift post, you may want to look into the RE 7.5" coils
