Hi everyone just wondering if anyone else is having problems with logans metal products at winter fest I won a $100 gift card with them so I bought a rear bumper for my zj I registered the certificate right away Jamie took the rest of the money from my credit card I talked to her a couple of times she said she will call back with details never no calls and no answer when I call. I did get her when I used my sons phone she said it was done and she was going to call me still waiting and she don't answer that number either. is anybody else having problems and are they one of our sponsor

I didn't have any issues with my order. Ordered on Thursday, got my bumper the next Tuesday. That was for a XJ though, not a ZJ.

Same here I used the $100 from WF also. I had mine within a week. It took longer to get her the gift cert in the mail thank it did to get my bumper. This was a front non winch for a XJ.

I had some problems getting mine too and didn't get free mounting hardware I was promised. Mine ended up taking a few months and I was told it was done and shipping out tomorrow like 3 times over that period.

That was years ago now, I got over it and love my bumper.
I hope you get taken care of.

I did a lot of communication with Jamie via email, and phone. I was always more successful with email tho.

Sorry to hear you're having issues, I know in the past they had delivery issues. After talking to Jamie she told me they were making that an issue of the past. :/
