My XJ has no A/C, does anyone here have an AC shop or know of a shop locally..

Sorry my AC is not working....I tried putting some freon from the autopart store and still blowing hot air....

It could be that your fan clutch is not engaging, you still might be low on freon. On my 94 XJ there was a valve under a black plastic cap where the low side hose is mounted to the compressor. That valve needs to be turned open when you add freon to the system. I am in whittier if you want me to take a look.
