Kudzu...

I have many things to add, but I think I better not.

Only 14 participants? Those results, no matter what they are, are nowhere near valid, and definitely not generalizable. I like how they said that his 'team' was from a 'Harvard-affiliated' hospital, thereby giving undue credence to the study. Interesting how the actual Harvard Medical School researcher himself was not part of the study. I wonder why...

From that article:
"considered a pest in much of the South". Damn, I hate to the person that came up with that.... and published it. :D

Heather should publish a rebuttal in the next NAXJA newsletter.

My response is...Why would I want to control binge drinking?

And this sounds too good to be true.

"kudzu increases blood alcohol levels and speeds up its effects. More simply put, the subjects needed fewer beers to feel drunk."

Get drunk quicker and use less beer to get there. Sign me up for some.

Beer conservation, you know. More for tomorrow.
