It's been seven years since I lived in KS. What do I need to know about tagging a lifted jeep?

Is there a headlight height or bumper height limit?
Are mud flaps required?
How about covers on auxillary lighting?
Do you have safety and emission inspections?

Anything else I might need to know?

and it runs on propane so I don't think you will have a problem

As long as all the VINs match you will be good.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Basically just have to show all the vins match pay the small fee for Kansas Highway Patrol to look at it and then take it to the DMV.
