Kaczman's buggy part out....... the final rendering....

I had contacted Kaczman about the stroker engine and trans in his buggy when he was parting it out and when it came time to grab them....... he was looking to unload what was left of the entire buggy........ so now I'm hoping to find new owners for some of these nice left overs!

The cage:

This is one helluva nice bolted-to-the-floor cage that had been originally built INSIDE the full bodied XJ. The dimensions allow it to fit inside with the OEM seats and doors. The "B" hoop sits just behind the "B" pillar of a 4dr XJ. When Jon cut the roof off He added some roof triangulation and cross bars for the rear coil overs to mount to, and seat brackets for the buggy seats (seats don't bolt to the XJ floor). It has floor plates bolting it down in 2 places on the front floor boards, floor by the "B" pillars, to the rear fender wells and the rear down tubes are welded to a flat plate at the rear of the cargo area. The "A" and "B" pillar plates sandwich to mounts that are welded to the frame stiffeners. Basically, once installed, new mounts to your rig's unibody / frame stiffeners would need to be made.

If you're thinking of chopping the roof off your rig........ this would be an EASY install! To put it into a full bodied XJ, it'd take some cutting of select spots to section it, sleeve the cut areas and re-assemble inside.

Package deal: Cage, seats, 5 point front harnesses - $450

14.5 gallon Fuel Cell:

Nice addition to a built XJ if you're looking to re-locate the OEM gas tank. External pump, 2 internal roll-over valve pick-ups. This is made with a nice "box" with brackets to bolt it into the location seen here to the floorboard and rear seat belt mounting bolts. Or, cut the brackets off and mount directly to the cargo area floor. Complete with the dimple-died box, 2 fuel pumps (OEM style is used), a filler neck (not currently installed to it.) and all lines and fittings. $100

Narrowed rear bumper with tow point:

47" wide. It mounts to the OEM bumper bracket locations and requires a hole cut in the center of the panel behind the bumper for the receiver to stick through. Tucks just under the pinch seam that comprises the lower sill of the hatch/cargo area. Nice piece if you're looking to chop or comp-cut the rear. Or add some tube to it to protect the tail lights and rear quarters. $80

Narrowed front winch bumper:

Jon had dove-tailed the front of this XJ and built this bumper to fit. Would still work on a full bodied XJ as the mounting locations/style was not modified - only the width. It's also tucked in so the winch sits just ahead of the radiator, requiring trimming of the header panel and grill to fit around the winch. It's 52 1/2" wide and has full length frame mounts - easily strong enough for a 9K winch and HARD pulls. Some rock rash, but no bends or dents. $220
