i used muscle milk while going to the gym 5-7 days a week and yeah i had more muscle than i ever have but you couldn't tell. I was also weighing in at 245, which is really scarry looking back on it. I then started eating way better and dropped the protein, continued working out at least 5 days a week and dropped to 195. Now I'm a lazy 220 and need to get back into shape. won't be using protein thoguh, that's' for skinny guys like bradford.

theres different levels of that stuff, you can get stuff for bulk or for lean ... I'm just doin lean

I have a unopened bottle of Creatine from GNC, I was takin it for a while but I think it makes me wacky.

creatine... gotta love that stuff. i remember when they had the creatine serum., took that back in high school LOL. wish i could still find that stuff, its only be a few years.

yeah creatine is a little different. there's a few schools of thought around that subject, i tend to lean towards the not good for the heart crowd. what's wrong with regular lifting and exercise, unless u are pretty skinny and just don't build muscle fast?

I was passin 200 for a while there... drinking heavy. I knocked that off, i'm at 182 now. I'm lookin to add a little Muscle weight. I might even start some martial arts crap ...Not sure if there are any good places for that in this straw hat area.

it was high school bro. football, gotta have an edge.. plus it was off-season lifting. now i do regular lifting and have a high protein diet, works fine.. 35lbs in 5 months, 20 more to go lol

I don't really need it need it obviously. I don't want ya to rush him on it or anything. I'm just eager to see what it looks like and how it performs. If you can wait to get your parts I can wait for mine :laugh: I'll be gone tomorrow afternoon/evening, but if you're interested in a S&D run a few of us will be out there early AM. I'll be around Sunday/Labor day as well, so we'll just wait till you hear from him :phone:

quick question. if i take out my rear drive shaft, and put the new flange seal on my t-case, can i put my jeep in 4wd and drive it on the street, in front wheel drive? also can i put it in park on a hill and it will stay there?? haha.

getting ready to do my sye.

only thing I need to know - what year is it? yes to putting it in 4wd and being able to park on a hill. but you should always use your ebrake just in case.

oh and driving around in 4wd as "front wheel drive" sucks! it is such a freaky squirrely ride. but you can deal with it for a day or 2. wouldn't recommend it if you have any 20+ mile highway rides planned though.

no on a 94 you can't drive it without a rear driveshaft, it will dump out fluid like crazy. doing the seal should not be hard though, why do you have to drive it while you work on it? i can't see it taking more than 2 hours even if you have never done it before.

wait, so are you replacing the seal or just waiting till you get the SYE? I'm sure one or some of us could give ya a hand if you needed it, took me about an hour to put the one in my 00, it's not complicated if you have the tools and have done it before.

i do have the flange seal, it came with my kit. once i put it on i should be good right? me and my dad are tackling it tonight.
