I think it will be part of the total donation from SoCal.

I also wanted to ask if there are any pro, semi pro photographers out there. It would be cool to get some good quality pics or video that we could use to promote and the Rock Garden.

Separate donation. I'm still hoping to generate $500 from our Chapter and have that matched by the National BOD, then add anything we make on this trip!
As stated in another thread, this is not a sanctioned event, everyone will need to sign a waver at the Rockgarden.
You will be wheelin' at your own risk, also any non drivers will be spectating at thier own risk, heck, eating Tony's cookin' will be at your own risk.
