jks disconnects

I was washing the jeep off today and one of the bolts that goes through the u-strap on the top came out can I just call jks for a replacement bolt, I tried lowe's but the dont have with a thread to match the u-strap,

Maybe try NAPA auto parts or someplace like that.

Don't forget to put the red locktite (271) on the bolt too!

IIRC, it's a metric bolt. I don't remember the size, but one of the black oxide hex head bolts I found at the local Ace hardware fit nicely.

Send an email to JKS. I had the disconnect pin come out while wheelin and lost it. They sent me a new one for free within a week. They have great customer service.

Hmmmm, is this a common problem with that bolt???

Don't forget to put the red locktite (271) on the bolt too!

Same thing happened to mine. Found a bolt at a local hardware store and added the locktite. Haven't had a problem since.
