It's called an air dam. You just law .5 MPG It doesn't matter so much when you're lifted.

Now put some tow hooks in it's place before your next run.

wait for warmer weather, if you let it heat up in the sun, it'll cut nicely with just a razor knife.

When you trim the flairs cut right below the support tab so the bottom ties into the fender.
