Jeep 2500 Conversion order #2

I didn't realize that the order included so many tires :laugh3:
 
1.5 acres of tires and custom wheels. And yes it stinks like rubber here. :)
 
Fenders look to be in good shape. Some of the boxes are open.... like the flares and bumper caps, so I gotta get a good count on those items. But I'm starting right now with the sorting.

well the good thing is that you have the items in possesion! not the government or some shady character. your the man chris!
 
Most of the Header panels have some small cracks but nothing that the body shop couldn't fix. Everything I've counted so far looks good. Even the socket holes for the taillights look better.... I know everyone thought they were sloppy last time.

And Sam thats HVAC cover is tit's..... Its even got woodgrain inlay.
 
haha sweet! cant wait! I ripped off my tail light on the weekend! I almost didnt think I'd be getting them!
 
Even the power mirrors look really good, a lot beefier than I thought they would be.
 
Well I guess we faired ok all things considered. I did notice that the edges on the fenders where they meet the door and cowl areas are going to need a bit of love but nothing to bad. Here are the items that are missing:
(1) Marker Lamp
(1) Grill Insert
(3) Header Panel's (Broken, not missing)
Headlamps we ordered 32pcs (16 Left, 16 Right), we got 19 Left, 13 Right, but I'm going to double check that. I'm going to call Alex about the Header Panels and get the replacments on the way. So if someone can wait a bit for a replacement please say something. And if you can wait for them I will still send the broke ones out if you want to try and fix them.

In fact, I'll tell ya what, I am in no hurry for any of my parts............. except the fenders, can we tradeoff and say I'm willing to wait on all that other stuff and in exchange I get some priority on a set of fenders?

There's some kinda comedic tragedy that the HVAC arrived intact, but the header panels broke.......

I thought if it was broken you would get a chuckle out of that. Anyway I think everyone will thank you for giving up the Header panels.... for a bit anyway. I'll PM or call you in the morning with weights so you can send some tags and I'll get your stuff out the door by mid week.

I'll order some more HP's when I get the CC guys squared away.

Chris I'd be interested in buying a header panel and set of fenders if they're available. I'll order a new header panel but would take a cracked one for test-fit for now. the truck isn't going anywhere for awhile...I just want to get it as buttoned up as possible.

Sam- I'll just send the fenders tomorrow and rest later this week or next. I re-read the post and think thats what you were saying.

Also are there any address changes since the last time I spoke with you guys?

Chris, I don't mean that much of a rush on those fenders(its not like it has to happen tomorrow or anything), don't feel like you need to prioritize them over work family etc.....

But when you do get them boxed and weighed shoot me an email and I will get the labels for you.

I think it will work out with the broken and missing parts. I got stuck with 3 Headers from non-payers and a 3 pair of head lamps. So, everyone who ordered something will get it.

But I still need to find some boxes for the fenders.

If your stuck with an extra header panel and a pair of headlights, ill take them for spares.

If you have and extra grill insert ill take that off your hands also ;)

All the stuff I got stuck with..... is the broken stuff, or like the headlamps non-matching pairs.
