I doubt he's going to. And who can blame him.

On a side note just in case anyone here is friends with that scumbag Gerry Fimbres he ended up ripping several people off on the Comanche Club order.

The cliff notes version is he supposedly ordered (a little less than a thousand dollar order I think) and supposedly received the CC order then he got really poor with the emails and updates, then after a couple months of not shipping anyone's orders a couple of us were calling him out on CC he made several really horrible (laughable) excuses.

It appears the excuses were an attempt to get his hands on Chris' last order so he could rip you all off too. If you remember from earlier in this thread he was going to "help out" by shipping everything.

His last excuse was that his Wife got pissed at him and destroyed our order (Dog ate our Homework too I guess)

He made noises about refunding everyone apearently to keep us from calling the law on his scumbag ass. In the end he only sent lie a total of $60 dollars in refunds to the three smallest orders and hasn't come up with several hundred dollars of other peoples money. The bulk of the money.

It's fairly certain to me that he sold our order in Mexico where the 2500 thing is popular.

What you all don't fully know (but can probably surmise if you read the earlier part of this order thread) is that Chris after some urging from us took the ball away from Gerry and saved your orders from getting picked up by him, even though it meant paying lots of money out of pocket to get the order shipped from Cali to Chris.

So forewarned is fore armed Gerry AKA Baja MJ is a grade A POS, I was holding my piece until it became certain in my mind that he wasn't going to fulfill his promise of refunds. I was one of the lucky ones who only had a $22 dollar order and got a refund.

Ouch. That is all kinds of wrong.

Regarding that for sale ad- isn't that Bville99GT's rig? He'd posted some pics on here during the swap earlier in the thread, IINM.
