1990 Jeep Grand Wagoner
Most parts installed or included were purchased from BJ’s Off-road.
Mechanical
- AMC 360
- 141k on it
- Just re-torqued heads
- No sludge in heads.
- 60-75 psi of oil pressure and 40-50 at idle.
- Great compression in each cylinder
- New Poly motor mounts
- New rear main seal
- New oil pan gasket
- New radiator fan guard.
- New mechanical fan clutch
- New belts
- New Edlebrock chrome valve covers
- Rubber valve gaskets.
- Stainless steel hex screws used on valve covers
- New MSD Billet Aluminum HEI distributor
- New Accell 8.8 mm yellow wire set
- New Champion Spark Plugs gapped to .45
- New K&M 12" air filter
- New Stainless Steel braided fuel lines.

- Front springs good shape(think they are RC or Heckthorn)

- Relocated tracking bar in rear
- Braided stainless brake lines front and rear.
- No bump steer

- Shocks (RC I think, possibly Heckthorn)
Exterior
- New window rubber swipers in doors.
- Full Tad Rack (made by Tad Strickland aka safari rack)

Known Caveats
- Window motors slow
- Door locks don't always lock properly
- AC needs work
- Evaporator has a whole in it
- A used evaporator is included.
- Headliner
- Is currently out.
- Cardboard in good shape but needs new material.
- Factory arm rest included. Currently a Center console I got for free is in it. Not that great of one.
- All trim pieces included.
- Rear seal in TF727 needs replaced.
- Rear window works via dash switch.
- Rear bumper passenger side is pushed in and minor damage to lower corner.
- Slight rust bubble on front passenger fender.
- Gas tank skid plate has some rust and decay near edges.
- Hood faded
- Needs exhaust tubing redone
- One header bolt needs replaced. I think it broke off in block but not 100% sure.
The hood bar is not in the picture below but is now installed. Runs good but needs some fine tuning.
