I told Dalton that we were gonna stay in a cabin and he was "I want to stay in a tent." Pretty good...

okay so i just made my second batch of what i think is my signature chili (been playing with the recipe off and on in the last few years, fall and winter only because the wife doesnt like chili when its warm outside :gag ANYWAYS... i finally nailed down a good recipe, i like it anyways. and i want to make you guys some chili at windrock... so that saturday night is chili night if you guys are interested!!

I won't be making this. My son's football team is going to the state play-offs. His first playoff game is that Friday night and I would not be able to drive down until Saturday which would not leave me any wheelin time. I'll catch another event in the spring.

crackers???!!!! you can if you like but ill be having fritos with mine (which is the recommended chip with my chili, along with chopped onions and cheese) i will not garantee any chili eaten with crackers or anything other than the recommended sides
