That has little to do with my choice in vehicle. The quality of engineering is top notch. The repairs make my starfish pucker, but I also have techs that I can pay on the side quite a bit cheaper than going through the shop.

Oh, I got out of the sales game. I'm writing service for a Ford dealer now. It's more of a job than sales, but the swings aren't as dramatic. So I got that goin' for me. Which is nice.

Greetings Midwest Chapter NAXJA members,

Our signature event, Winterfest 2017 sponsored by Iron Rock Offroad is a little over a month away on March 3rd and 4th, 2017. I wanted to send you a message and make sure that you were all aware of a few things.

First and foremost, please pre-register. Pre-registered members get free camping and entered in a members only raffle.

We are using FRS radios again this year, please visit the link below if you are not familiar with them.

We are having our traditional pot luck sponsored by Logan's metal on Friday night March 3rd. Please visit the link below to sign up for the pot luck.

We will again be doing our annual banquet and raffle at the VFW in Attica, IN, just a short drive from the Badlands. The BOD is working hard to get great prizes for the raffle.

There is an itinerary posted as well with a link at the end of this email.

Well what a terrible past couple days. Drove ex to work all this week then went to leave yesterday and it's back to the same no start issue we had last week and a dead battery.

Start working on it today after work and Suzi calls and says Taurus made a bad sound and is now barely running and check engine light flashing. Turns out it blew out a spark plug. So now I have to do a helicoil on it to get it fixed so we can drive it to work on Monday.

All this along with trying to get jeep finished. Definitely time to start drinking

I've never worried about Christmas as much as I worried about WF. Seems like that last month is always more frantic than any other time of year.
 
I pulled hard boost after lunch, think my waste gate is functioning properly.
 
Borrowed my buddies Titan to tow the sport Trac home... Weirdest truck if ever driven. It feels like a big minivan
