Oh yea, got some snow last night, so we have several no shows today. All them are people who are border line with attendance anyway. Tomorrow when I give them their termination papers I am betting they wish they showed up the other 6 times they missed, that's right they are allowed to miss 6 times a year before they lose their job and they are still losing their job.

We have one plant that allows so many no-call no-shows a year as part of their contract. Those idiots cling to that crap desperately every time renegotiations come up and give up something to keep that. Then they wonder why management doesn't send new products there or removes production lines there.
