Rotor track and balance. It's a finicky animal on a tiltrotor because you have to track the blades like a helicopter for vibration reduction, but you also have to control mast torque and vibrations when it's an airplane with the same pitch link and tip weight adjustments. We track and balance in 6 different flight regimes.
This seems much more common in the civilian world, where you are responsible for you. In the military world, you are responsible for you and 80 other idiots. When they do dumb shit, they don't ask them, they ask you why you didn't stop them from doing dumb shit.
