Important

TJ 44 pads have nearly 11 thousands more space where they ride on the rails.
it's very close to the front ZJ pad, so I ordered the abutment clips and got rear TJ pads.
Ground out the rust on the grooved brackets and skim coated them with JB weld so the clips don't get mushed down into the grooves.

This looks like it's gonna work. So good news for everyone with zj brakes and grooved brackets, which is pretty much everyone.
Does work. Probably work for 8.8's too. Pretty sure they're the same pads.

way more swept area on the rotor. Buy two bags of clips. You need the .025 ones.

Had 5 A-10's fly over its today at the autox. They should be strafing at Atterbury soon! Those things are awesome.

Congress is going to kill them.

What time did you guys leave the badlands yesterday

I don't really remember. we got the alternator buttoned up and started to take off and remembered sam's rig wouldn't come out of 4 high so we just pulled the drive shaft and hit the road.

Guess I didn't know it wasn't coming out of 4wd. Hopefully you didn't do anything bad to the t-case

it was never been easy since i owned this jeep, and during the winter when in 4hi it would jump out so i played with the link age a little and it seemed ok, but always was a bitch to get back in 2wd.

yesterday when i hit the pavement on my way to the air pumps, i was trying to get it in 2wd and it would not budge. managed to get it out of 4lo and into 4hi but that was it. i knew i could get it home so the alternator was a bigger issue. so, pulled the shaft off and headed home.

Our base up here had f-15s? They found out they were on the chopping block so we got a-10s, now they are on the chopping block faster than the others so se are getting the 15s back.

Were the a-10s from the fort?
