Woohoo, patience finally paid off and found a part out with a good blower motor for the bimmer. $47 shipped. A new one is $230 plus shipping.

Lol

I run a cherry bomb these days, not because I wanted that sound but because they slide over rocks better than spamcan mufflers. I got real tired of ruining mufflers.

I've ripped my fm off but never crushed it

that 4.0 sounds good!

Lol yeah those FM really rumble.

Now that I have a nice battery the old speed charger seems barbaric. Not being an auto charger, or maintainer, or designed for agm or gel batts makes it seem wrong to use.

I am thinking of getting a Noco genius G3500 or g7200 I have their small g750 for the atv and it is very nice.

What do you guys use? and do you think the 7200 would be worth it for the extra features and more variable charging modes through the charge cycle?

The slide in was some of the best bang for the buck...

I liked mine especially for the price, but anything was a step up over freezing in a tent. What I didn't like was loading and unloading it. I had to use extensions for the dually (scary as you know), and my Duramax was a short box, so I couldn't use the bumper as a step. Molly about went face-first into the trailer a couple times trying to get out of it.

Between being scared to load it every time, and it sitting around in the weather all year, I haven't missed it too much. If I were doing it again I would get a hard sided one (not a popup), with 4 lift jacks, A/C, the works.

The guy who bought mine had a 1-ton Dodge 4x4, I thought there was no way we'd even get it in the bed. Once it was on the tailgate we just pushed it the rest of the way.
