Interior is clean. Tires about 80%. New battery, o2s, axle ujoints, tps. Drives great. I have new shocks for it.

The stickers add like 10 hp, so that is another 60hp. It has a hitch, so that adds to the value. It has some custom body work done, that adds to the value. 10k.
on a brighter note. for a while now i thought there was a chop shop in building behind my work. last summer they had their a door open for the first time in the 4 yrs ive been working here so i glanced inside and saw 2 stripped down toyota supra's. i didnt think much of it until today when there a gang of county sheriffs taking a guy out in handcuffs, talking about "your the owner of this place right" , "who do the cars belong to"...

My input on VW talk... Yes fun when running properly but once the problems start they're a never ending money pit from hell. Cat,O2 censor, rear passenger caliper, mass airflow and ignition coil twice each, alternator, break light switch, cracked oil pan... All within a year.

JJ, how many miles on your GTI? My GLI (same as GTI just a sedan) has 77k and have not had any major issues besides an cam shaft, cam follower, and HPFP recall that was covered under warranty. Ram-rod had the same recall done on their GLI.
other then that work it has just been general maintance and I have been very happy with it.
I am probably going to upgrade/change out at 100k since it is my main Daily Driver, and I don't want to worry about getting stuck somewhere with it.
