Important

The round-a-bouts in Wisconsin save loads of money on electricity since the intersection is maintained all by right-of-way. They're not hard to navigate, the idiots who can't figure out right-of-way are the ones that make them difficult. Otherwise they're really easy.

Ryan, Michigan lefts... If you want to turn left at an intersection; you first turn right, head down the block a little ways, pull a left u-turn and proceed straight on to make your intended direction of travel. Total pain in the ass.

i hate to pick on a teacher, but i am reading my kids progress report and it seriously says "Jace needs a little extra help with reading.he is try very hard in class!"

should i put "ing" in red pen next to the word try sign it and send it back...

Sam there should've been a package yesterday to her

mac 'in Utah!' gyvr

The round-abouts are going in all over the midwest. Its some of the best paving work going on this summer... Look at all the curb work needed at each one.

Josh, sorry to hear about the fire. Hope everything works out... at least no one died and the place is repairable.

I actually like roundabouts, they are fun to drift around when it rains.

Absofreakinglutly.

Probably a spell check or auto correct error but they are trained to catch that stuff, right?

Thanks, we keep saying the same thing. It's only stuff. I actually had minimal things in the garage. I think my fleece sleeping bag liner is likely smokey. Wondering if my 2 heavy tackle fishing rods have smoke stuck in the handles. Other than that, the stuff I've got out there isn't of regular usage. 99+ intake manifold should be more than fine. Even if it's holding smoke, I'm sure engine temps will burn the smell right out.

Glad I'm not the only one. :guitar:

Hey, out of curiosity... Why isn't anyone talking football? Especially Sam and his Bears...

I just figured by week 5 we'd have some talk about it.

Sam doesn't have much to say though since the Bears are 3-2. ;)

lol sometimes you just have to wonder....why can they not do better.
started off ok. 3-0 but i figured today would be a loss. i just pray they can beat the giants on thursday

Usually it is the other way around for the Bears. My Colts took some Hawks and turned them in chickens today. It wasn't pretty starting out, but TY Hilton sure showed how bad the Seahawks Defense is. Somehow, cinci beat New England. Maybe the rain is Tom Brady's kriptonite. I was really hoping the Cowboys would knock the Bronco's from the ranks of the undefeated, but i knew better to count on pick me Romo.

Oh no sir. This is hand written!

Im not gonna do anything about it. I may be a little bit of a grammar Nazi but I am like the nazi in the back of the line with his hand held half way up saying yea yea no jews here come on is it Friday yet.

:D

The garage will be a total loss and the resto crew estimates at least 2/3 of the structure will be replaced. The house received minimal damage, however the damage it did sustain is on the exterior of the kitchen and we are without kitchen wares. No oven or microwave. Water, gas and electricity is available everywhere throughout the house.

It's a real pain in the ass to be going through this, but it could have been much worse if it hadn't been for good neighbors.

XJosh 'never tried weed, couldn't have been that' 95

Sorry to hear that Josh, glad everyone is OK!

broke a hockey stick tonight...
$200+ piece of carbon fiber.

going to take it into my plastics/composites lab and see if i can somehow repair it. lol.
im sure the structural integrity is ruined, and itll never hold unless i sleeve the inside with something, which will add weight and RUIN the flex characteristics... but still worth a shot. ive got access to all sorts of composite materials and resins. haha.

Wow, sucks to hear that. Glad to hear no one was hurt though. You guys in need of an oven/micro for the time being or are you already covered?
