rew used to have that under his user name until kman found him so sexy.
grew up in the hood with one hell of a hillbilly dad.
my mom told me when she bought the house, she was under the impression that we would end up going to the same schools she went to as a kid. she literately bought a house a couple miles to far north, and we went to the schools she hated all our life.
like i said, growing up in it, thats all we really knew, so it never really bothered me. you knew what street you should avoid and which one you should haul ass down. you knew when to put your chain in you shirt, and when to pull it out. you knew that if there was a group of 15 dudes older than you on the same side of the street, you cross, and dont even look at them.
and rew learned that if your older brother is getting jumped by 5 dudes twice his age he should just run, cuz they are going to catch him also.

Grew up on a lake, went water skiing daily during the summer. Mom stayed at home, dad was self employed and had his office in the basement. Life was great looking back, thought it sucked back then.

This whole conversation reminds me of this cartoon.
If my kid came screaming to me that his teacher was bad mouthing him over something on the web I'd march down to the school and find out from that teacher what I needed to do to get my kid to perform better. Not blame the teacher.
If my kid's shop teacher told me that my kid wasn't paying attention during a safety lecture... I blister his ass, then make him sit through the lecture again.

you should have PLENTY to measure...
you could also just sleeve the stock one, or use the ends as threaded inserts.
