Important

Big thanks to some of you MWC guys (and that nerd who hangs out here from Mass) for seriously entertaining me on Facebook tonight.

:D

Disclamer: This is meant to be humorous. If you are not in a humorous mood, don't read this!

When you have cable, you get bored.

When you get bored, you join a Club.

With any Club, people are involved and where people are involved, you get differing opinions.

Where you get differing opinions, some folks play the drama card.

Playing the drama card is in and of itself, drama.

Don't play the drama card, get DirectTV and avoid drama by sitting on the couch drinking yourself stupid while watching re-runs of Thunderdome.

Added disclaimer warning those grumpy folks out there not to read it :D

A guy in a van full of dissabled kids was making a left turn onto a road I was making a right turn onto (He was coming towards me). He's doing a good clip, so I yield and stop before the turn. He's now about 1/2 way though his turn, slams to a stop and starts yelling at me for stopping.

Go figure. Must be the heat.

So even a guy that puts up with special kids all day doesn't like you?

:roflmao:

Had the a/c on all day yesterday, got the house down to about 78 degrees. Bec turned it off at some point in the night and I failed to sleep after that, just way too warm ... Turned it on max after she left this morning and will leave it there... Thinking we need another unit at the opposite end of the house, maybe just a small 6-8k btu unit... No errands to run today, just need to start the tutorials for my training next week...

This is an all electric house. As was my parents growing up. I'm a very warm-blooded person so anything over 85 is a sweat-box, currently its 88 with 50% humidity. Yesterday it was 91 with the same humidity... When the temp only goes down to 80 at night, its still bloody warm...

I have ac but try not to use it. I work second shift so its cool when i get out and just getting hot when i wake up. The shop I work in is always 10-15 degrees hotter then the outside temps so I usually regret what I eat and drink on days like today.

A/C always on blast at our house. The wife keeps the t'stat set at 75. Only benefit of a small house is that it is easy to cool.

A/C in my company car is always on blast too.

:spin1: Oh, I wouldn't assume that :D
I've found that people say the darndest things to and about other folks that they wouldn't say to their face.

I used to live like Dan. Fan's and open windows. Works well for most of the year. A few days in June and a few days in late July/early August and the humidity is so high that without a good sleep I get more tacid than usual.
The folks at work appriciate that I have A/C ;)

You obviously haven't met each other..... :D

I guess my posts need a disclaimer too. Don't worry Ron I hear some spotted cow will heal that little bit of butthurt right up! :D where that important thread meme when I need it?

that was one of the first meme's i ever made and i should have saved it! Josh were you at with it...

Our house is set at 68...all year long. From heat right to a/c...there's maybe a dozen days in the year that the windows are open to air the place out.

It goes without saying that the company blasts the a/c all the time...so does the f350 when i drive it, the LJ (with or without the top) and the 5.9 (when its moving)...

mac 'I'd rather it be cold than hot...I say it all winter long too' gyvr
