Is that an Economy tractor?? Those are worth big money for an old yard tractor.

I work with a guy who has a restored one. He wanted to pull in the local league... they told him he would have to replace the rear tires with some smaller non-directional ones, due to the low gearing in the rear end. He declined as the rear end and transmission share fluid and using smaller tires would cause it all to flow to the rear end. Its actually a Dana 44 in the rear of that thing.

Yup. It is actually a dana 18 rear, 12.25:1 gears :shocked: with portal/reduction boxes on the axles with another 6.09:1 in em! Including the trans first gear I have something like 245:1 final drive.
