Took me less than an hour to pull front and rear axle today.

Easy when you don't have to reinstall.

Replaced the o2 sensor on the neon today, it was doggy as hell before. It still is but its much better now and I'm getting about 33mpg on the highway now. I'll take that.

Front D30's that are reverse cut and non-disco are worth $100 to $150, possibly $200 if they have 4.10s.

8.25 is $100 or so...I got $150 out of one once.

When coming to a stop, the brakes work great. As soon as you are almost stopped, the abs seems to kick in for no good reason and the pedal sinks. It still stops, but is an odd not normal feeling. Any thoughts? Should be a similar abs set up to the XJ.

Also, the HVAC works better when in motion than when stopped. Heat is toasty while driving but gets cooler when stopped, a/c is cooler when driving but warms up with stopped. Its the auto hvac set up.

Sensor going bad and computer thinks your skidding? I disconnected the ABS on mine, pedal is rock solid and it stops better than my wife's van.

Does the blower slow down or just the temp changes? May be due to less flow through intake vents at idle then when in motion.

Check for air in the cooling system. I had a similar problem with our G6.

anyone in ohio or michigan making any trips out west before next summer? i found a place in maumee ohio that sells replacement bedsides for the j truck...both full sides would be $360 for the replacement panels...but shipping would be $150 per side. so if anyone is passing through with a trailer or a pickup in the next 6 months that wants to make some gas money for their trip, let me know i would rather not pay $300 for shipping! i might try to drive out for one of my nyc trips, but the cost of renting a uhaul is still not super cheap for the ride home, so i don't know that it would be worth it for me.
